I would buy my mother in law a memory book
This is easy. I would use it towards ordering Christmas cards to send out to friends and family of my kids.
Wow, a $50 gift certificate… I would jump at the opportunity to put together a photo book celebrating my children and the process of their adoptions. They are both from Guatemala and to actually have an album dedicated to them sure beats sitting in front of the computer looking through pictures. This would certainly be a wonderful brag book!!!
WOW I hope I win… And thanks so much for the heads up!!
I would spend my $50 on a photo book or a calendar with pics of my kids!
Great giveaway! If I had 50 bucks from Kodak I would turn my daughter’s blog entries into a photo book for her grandparent’s Christmas gift. We live 1000 miles away from the grandparents, and the blog helps them bond with their granddaughter; but a photo book beats dial-up hands down!
Tap, Tap, –is this mike on?
Ahemmmm……
First, I’d like to thank Supermommy for hosting this amazing giveaway! Can I just say, WOW!
If I were to win this, I would order family photos to send to my family back home. I know they are kinda tired of me emailing a family photo and telling them to order their own copies.
Yes, I am tacky. I know.
So, in closing, I’d like to say, if I won this prize, I would jump up and down and do the happy dance with my sons underwear on my head. I’m serious.
I love Kodak Gallery. I would love to make more memory books for the grandparents. Afterall, they can never get enough of their grandkids in action!
Thanks for the offer!
If I were to win this certificate, I would love to use it toward a photobook that tells a story. I would love to give this memory back to my mother for all the memories that she has given me. I don’t see my mother much anymore because she lives 1100 miles away, but through this picture book, it would be a way of her being able to enjoy grandkids that she is unable to see. Please enter me in.
Thankyou
That looks awesome. I would definitely purchase some sort of photo book!
My mother-in-law loves pictures and I”m always promising her I’ll make a nice book of her favorite grandson pictures. This would be the perfect way to really go all out and do something extra special for her (And do something for my own mom too!).
(thank you for having this giveaway!)
Good Idea!
I’m looking forward to your other giveaways too!

Growing up, my mom and I had a tumultuous relationship. I called her everything in the book BUT “my best friend”.. (LOL) And like many things she said that came to pass, her little gem “you’ll understand when you become a parent” hit home in 2004 when Ethan, my son, was born. By then she had mellowed and I had grown up, so we were enjoying a pretty good relationship. But not close. Yet, it’s amazing how a few “I don’t know what to do! The baby won’t stop ____” phone calls will melt away walls of anger and bad feelings. By the next holiday, I was the one searching the store for a “To my Mom, My Best Friend” card. Then in late 2005, minor vision problems turned bad, and after much testing she was diagnosed with macular degeneration, glaucoma, and another eye disease I can’t even pronounce. One eye is virtually useless and the other is not far behind. Most likely, my mom will be completely blind before her 50th birthday (less than 2 years from now) There is no cure and you can imagine what all she will lose- the ability to drive, to work, etc.
She lives to see her grandson Ethan, in person and in photos. He brings her utter joy! But my happiness to see them together is always tempered with sadness because I wonder if THIS will be the last time she sees him with her eyes. We live 5 hours apart, so our visits are infrequent, but precious.
If I were to win, I would use the giftcard to create a special photobook of Ethan & Mimi’s photo memories and a pillowcase with Ethan’s big cheesy grin, so she could “hug” him every night before bed. I know it’s not the same as having him there, but I know she would love such a special gift.
I would put together a photo book of my niece and nephew for my sister. I’ll link to you this evening. Thank you!
All these answers sound amazing! I was just thinking of using a photobook to document the relationship of my almost 2yr old kissing the belly and getting ready/arrival of his new sibling.
I would use it to finish up my sisters scrapbook that I am making her for X-mas. I haven’t even started because I have no pictures of her!!! I need them really bad! lol
With me being newly jobless, this would make our Christmas a little better. This year we are mostly just doing for Princess as she is what this is all about and our finances won’t let us do for us this year.
This gift card would let me send a calendar of my scrapbook layouts of Princess to my wonderful MIL who always does so much for us. She loves me like a daughter and treats me like her very own. She is one of the most important people in my life.
I would also send one to my best friend. She lived with us for three years and even now that she has moved out Princess always tells me how she is so lucky, “some kids have a mommy and a daddy, but I have a mommy a daddy AND an Aunt Lori”. Their bond is something special and I would love to send her a calendar, especially this year, now that she is having major surgery to have her hip replaced for the second time in her life at 30 years old. She has been so down because of this and Pics of Princess always makes her smile.
[…] The Adventures of Super-Mommy & Spitup Boy is giving away a $50 dollar gift certificate to the Kodak Gallery. The deadline is Nov. 28th […]
I would use the $50 to make a special book about my boys and the bonds of brothers.
oh my mother in law would love a book put togather for her of the kids!
I would send a memory book to my parents in china!
The gorilla pod or a photo book would be great. I have so many photos just sitting in my camera. I would love to make a book for my niece. All about the things she does each day or the people who love her.
I would definitely make photo books for my boys’ grandmothers - nothing makes them happier!
Just like many of the the others, I would buy a photo book. These are so nice, and they make a wonderful gift. Thank you for hosting such a cool giveaway!
I’ve got you linked on my sidebar. Thanks!
If I win, I would use the g.c. to order some prints to give to my Mother In Law.
blogged ya: http://laurawilliamsmusings.blogspot.com/2007/11/thursday-edition-of-contests-galore_15.html
I would do some photo-xmas shopping if I win!
If I won the $50 I would use it to order prints of all the pictures I have taken this year that are just staying stored on my computer and finally put them in a photo album. I would also love to have personalized Christmas ornaments made for each of my three children for our Christmas tree this year.
I love the photo pillowcase and onesie! So funny.
Looks great! I would definitely use it to help me get my cards out early this year!!!
I would love to use it to purchase my Christmas photo cards! That would be awesome! Thank you for entering me!!
We always take holiday pictures and then send them out as cards so this would be perfect for us.
